     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He graduated from Bristol University, Bristol, England^G, with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)¹ He was an oarsman, winning an Olympic Silver Medal.¹ He was a senior analyst for Plessys Radar Corp.¹

     Janet Clouston Bewley Cathie is the daughter of Dr. Ian Aysgarth Bewley Cathie.¹ She married, firstly, Hugh Arthur Wardell-Yerburgh, son of Geoffrey Bassett Wardell-Yerburgh and Elizabeth Alis Georgina Kenyon, on 2 April 1966.¹ She married, secondly, Sir David James Scott Cooksey, son of Dr. Frank Cooksey, on 19 May 1973.¹ She and Sir David James Scott Cooksey were divorced in 2003.²
     Janet Clouston Bewley Cathie also went by the nick-name of Poppy.¹ From 2 April 1966, her married name became Wardell-Yerburgh.¹ From 19 May 1973, her married name became Cooksey.¹

     Sir David James Scott Cooksey was born on 14 May 1940 at Sutton, Surrey, England.² He was the son of Dr. Frank Cooksey.¹ He married, firstly, Janet Clouston Bewley Cathie, daughter of Dr. Ian Aysgarth Bewley Cathie, on 19 May 1973.¹ He and Janet Clouston Bewley Cathie were divorced in 2003.² He married, secondly, Mary Ann Lutyens in 2011.² He died on 28 January 2024 at age 83.²
     He graduated from St. Edmund Hall, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)² He was an engineer with De La Rue between 1966 and 1971.² He was manager of Intercobra between 1971 and 1983.² He was founder of Advent Venture Partners in 1980.² He was appointed Knight in 1993.² He was chairman of London and Continental Railways between 2006 and 2011.² He was appointed Knight Grand Cross, Order of the British Empire (G.B.E.) in 2007.²

     India Riven Oxenberg was born illegimately on 7 June 1991 at Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.^G. She is the daughter of Catherine Oxenberg.

     Dr. Frank Cooksey was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)² He was consultant physician at King’s College Hospital, Camberwell, London, England.² He lived at Aldeburgh, Suffolk, England^G.¹ He was an Olympic fencer.¹

     Atlanta Jane Wardell-Yerburgh was born on 6 December 1969.¹ She is the daughter of Hugh Arthur Wardell-Yerburgh and Janet Clouston Bewley Cathie.¹

     Hilda Wardell-Yerburgh was born on 5 December 1889.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Oswald Pryor Wardell-Yerburgh and Edith Wardell Potts.¹ She died on 22 April 1941 at age 51, unmarried.¹

     Susan Edith Yerburgh was born in 1848.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Richard Yerburgh and Susan Higgin.¹ She married Venerable William Bonsey in 1872.¹ She died on 18 June 1924.¹
     From 1872, her married name became Bonsey.¹
