Sir David Wilson of Carbeth, 3rd Bt. was born on 30 October 1928.1 He was the son of Sir John Mitchell Harvey Wilson, 2nd Bt. and Mary Elizabeth Richards.2 He married Eva Margareta Lindell, daughter of Tore Lindell, on 25 February 1955.1 He died on 28 April 2014 at age 85.3
He was educated at Deerfield Academy, Deerfield, Massachusetts, U.S.A.G.1 He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He was educated at Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He was admitted to Lincoln’s Inn in 1954 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He was a practising solicitor in 1962.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Wilson, of Killearn, co. Stirling [U.K., 1920] on 6 February 1975.1 He lived in 2003 at Tandem House, Queen’s Drive, Oxshott, Surrey, England.1
