     Sir Marshall Denham Warmington, 2nd Bt. was born on 3 November 1871.¹ He was the son of Sir Cornelius Marshall Warmington, 1st Bt. and Ann Winch.² He married, firstly, Alice Daisy Ing, daughter of George Ing, on 15 July 1908.¹ He married, secondly, Ethel Graham Gillies, daughter of John Lawson Gillies, on 14 September 1915.¹ He died on 2 August 1935 at age 63.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1895 entitled to practise as a barrister.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Warmington, of Pembridge Square, Royal Borough of Kensington [U.K., 1908] on 12 December 1908.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Buckinghamshire.¹ He held the office of Registrar of the Bankruptcy High Court in 1926.¹

     Herbert Andrew Cromartie Warmington was born on 8 May 1874.¹ He was the son of Sir Cornelius Marshall Warmington, 1st Bt. and Ann Winch.² He married, firstly, Elsie Stuart, daughter of John Stuart, on 23 July 1904.¹ He and Elsie Stuart were divorced in 1926.¹ He married, secondly, Helena Mersey, daughter of Albert de Mersey, in 1938.¹
     He was appointed Fellow, Surveyors’ Institute.¹

     John Stuart lived at Ardingly, Sussex, England.¹

     Elsie Stuart was the daughter of John Stuart.² She married Herbert Andrew Cromartie Warmington, son of Sir Cornelius Marshall Warmington, 1st Bt. and Ann Winch, on 23 July 1904.¹ She and Herbert Andrew Cromartie Warmington were divorced in 1926.¹ She died on 28 December 1956.¹
     From 23 July 1904, her married name became Warmington.

     Anthony Marshall Stuart Warmington was born on 4 May 1916.¹ He was the son of Herbert Andrew Cromartie Warmington and Elsie Stuart.² He died on 5 May 1916.¹

     Joan Pamela Stuart Warmington was born on 8 January 1906.¹ She is the daughter of Herbert Andrew Cromartie Warmington and Elsie Stuart.² She married, firstly, Commander Nigel Bellairs Deare on 6 May 1926.¹ She married, secondly, Dr. Vincenzo Bottari on 26 April 1934.¹ She and Dr. Vincenzo Bottari were divorced in 1953.¹
     From 6 May 1926, her married name became Deare. From 26 April 1934, her married name became Bottari.¹

     Commander Nigel Bellairs Deare married Joan Pamela Stuart Warmington, daughter of Herbert Andrew Cromartie Warmington and Elsie Stuart, on 6 May 1926.¹
     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹

     Edward Stephen Warmington was born on 15 January 1882.¹ He was the son of Sir Cornelius Marshall Warmington, 1st Bt. and Ann Winch.² He died on 23 October 1933 at age 51.¹
