Sir Marshall Denham Warmington, 2nd Bt.1 
He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1895 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Warmington, of Pembridge Square, Royal Borough of Kensington [U.K., 1908] on 12 December 1908.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Buckinghamshire.1 He held the office of Registrar of the Bankruptcy High Court in 1926.1
