     Sir David Marshall Warmington, 5th Bt. was born on 14 February 1944.¹ He was the son of Sir Marshall George Clitheroe Warmington, 3rd Bt. and Eileen Mary Howes.² He married, firstly, Susan Mary Chapman, daughter of Reverend Clifford Chapman, on 10 December 1966.¹ He and Susan Mary Chapman were divorced in 1980.¹ He married, secondly, Eileen Victoria Johnston, daughter of Frank W. Johnston, in 1981.¹ He died on 13 September 2005 at age 61 at Malaga, Spain.³
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England.¹ He was educated at University of Madrid, Madrid, Spain^G.¹ He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Warmington, of Pembridge Square, Royal Borough of Kensington [U.K., 1908] on 29 November 1996.¹ He lived in 2003 at Finca Montanchez, Apartado de Correos 163, 29120 Alhaurin el Grande, Malaga, Spain.¹

     Reverend Clifford Chapman held the office of Dean of Exeter.¹

     Susan Mary Chapman is the daughter of Reverend Clifford Chapman.² She married Sir David Marshall Warmington, 5th Bt., son of Sir Marshall George Clitheroe Warmington, 3rd Bt. and Eileen Mary Howes, on 10 December 1966.¹ She and Sir David Marshall Warmington, 5th Bt. were divorced in 1980.¹
     From 10 December 1966, her married name became Warmington.

     Sir Rupert Marshall Warmington, 6th Bt. was born on 17 June 1969.¹ He is the son of Sir David Marshall Warmington, 5th Bt. and Susan Mary Chapman.²
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Warmington, of Pembridge Square, Royal Borough of Kensington [U.K., 1908] on 13 September 2005.³

     Guy Denham Warmington was born on 12 February 1972.¹ He is the son of Sir David Marshall Warmington, 5th Bt. and Susan Mary Chapman.²

     Ann Winch was the daughter of Edward Winch.² She married Sir Cornelius Marshall Warmington, 1st Bt., son of Edward Warmington and Mary Payne, on 4 February 1871.¹ She died on 16 January 1925.¹
