     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Essex Yeomanry.¹ He was chairman of Barclays DCO.¹ He held the office of a director of Barclays Bank.¹ He was director of London Board of Bank of NSW.¹ He was president of the Equitable Life Assurance Society.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Essex.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Essex in 1933.¹

     M. John A. Gosset was Chief Clerk of Inland Revenue.¹

     Gertrude Susan Gosset was the daughter of M. John A. Gosset.² She married Herbert Leslie Melville Tritton, son of Joseph Herbert Tritton and Lucy Jane Smith, on 11 July 1894.¹ She died on 8 June 1955.¹
     From 11 July 1894, her married name became Tritton.

     Ralph Leslie Tritton was born on 5 March 1900.¹ He was the son of Herbert Leslie Melville Tritton and Gertrude Susan Gosset.² He married Alys Duncan, daughter of A. D. S. Duncan, on 18 September 1928.¹ He died on 15 January 1929 at age 28.¹

     Alys Duncan is the daughter of A. D. S. Duncan.¹ She married, secondly, Patrick Dyke Dennis.¹ She married, firstly, Ralph Leslie Tritton, son of Herbert Leslie Melville Tritton and Gertrude Susan Gosset, on 18 September 1928.¹ She married, thirdly, Peter Gordon Colin Somervell, son of Major Sir Arnold Colin Somervell, in June 1947.¹
     She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹ Her married name became Dennis. From 18 September 1928, her married name became Tritton. From June 1947, her married name became Somervell.

     John Hunter lived at Whickham, County Durham, England.¹

     Andrew Gibbons lived at Clapham, London, England.¹

     Iris Mary Baillie is the daughter of Ronald Hugh Baillie and Elizabeth Margaret Rose.² She married, firstly, George Henton Tritton, son of Herbert Leslie Melville Tritton and Gertrude Susan Gosset, on 9 February 1928.¹ She married, secondly, Robin Arthur Barnes-Gorell, son of Major Arthur Gorell Barnes-Gorell, on 20 August 1937.¹
     She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ From 9 February 1928, her married name became Tritton. From 20 August 1937, her married name became Barnes-Gorell.¹

     Sholto Osborne Gordon Douglas was born on 14 September 1873.¹ He was the son of Captain William Grant Douglas and Elizabeth Frances Vesey.¹ He died on 27 January 1937 at age 63.¹
     He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹

     Diana Marion Spencer married Alan George Tritton, son of George Henton Tritton and Iris Mary Baillie, in 1972.¹
