     Charlotte Ismay was born in 1874 at Waterloo, Lancashire, England.¹ She was the daughter of Thomas Henry Ismay and Margaret Bruce.¹ She married Colonel Bryan Charles Fairfax, son of Lt.-Col. Thomas Ferdinand Fairfax and Evelyn Selina Milner, in 1915 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.¹
     From 1915, her married name became Fairfax.¹

     Guy Thomas Fairfax was born in 1870 at Tadcaster, Yorkshire, England.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Thomas Ferdinand Fairfax and Evelyn Selina Milner.¹ He married Hon. Joan Evelyn Jane Wilson, daughter of Charles Henry Wilson, 1st Baron Nunburnholme and Florence Jane Helen Wellesley, on 6 July 1899 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^1,2 He died on 2 February 1934 at Bilbrough Manor, Bilbrough, Yorkshire, England.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the West Riding, Yorkshire.¹

     Margaret Barnewall was the daughter of John Barnewall and Mary Barnewall.² She married James Butler, 8th Viscount Mountgarret, son of Edmund Butler, 6th Viscount Mountgarret and Mary Buchanan, in January 1736.¹ She died in June 1764.¹
     From January 1736, her married name became Butler. After her marriage, Margaret Barnewall was styled as Viscountess Mountgarret on 14 May 1736.

     James Butler, 8th Viscount Mountgarret was the son of Edmund Butler, 6th Viscount Mountgarret and Mary Buchanan.² He married Margaret Barnewall, daughter of John Barnewall and Mary Barnewall, in January 1736.¹ He died on 13 May 1749, without issue.²
     He gained the rank of officer in 1735 in the Austrian Army.² He succeeded as the 8th Viscount Mountgarret, co. Wexford [I., 1550] on 14 May 1736.²

     Bridget Barnewall is the daughter of John Barnewall and Mary Barnewall.² She married Robert Martin on 6 April 1753.¹
     From 6 April 1753, her married name became Martin.
