     Roma Hope was the daughter of Arthur Hope.2 She married Sir Drummond Cospatric Hamilton-Spencer-Smith, 5th Bt., son of Reverend Spencer Compton Hamilton-Spencer-Smith and Mary Baillie-Hamilton, on 6 December 1915.1 She died on 12 November 1918.1
     From 6 December 1915, her married name became Hamilton-Spencer-Smith.

Sir Thomas Cospatric Hamilton-Spencer-Smith, 6th Bt.1

     Sir Thomas Cospatric Hamilton-Spencer-Smith, 6th Bt. was born on 8 December 1917.1 He was the son of Sir Drummond Cospatric Hamilton-Spencer-Smith, 5th Bt. and Roma Hope.2 He married Lucy Ashton Ingram, daughter of Thomas Ashton Ingram, on 15 June 1944.1 He died on 14 October 1959 at age 41, by poisoning, likely suicide.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Smith, of Tring Park, co. Hertford [U.K., 1804] on 18 December 1955.1 After his death the family seat of Suttons was sold.1

     Lucy Ashton Ingram was the daughter of Thomas Ashton Ingram.2 She married Sir Thomas Cospatric Hamilton-Spencer-Smith, 6th Bt., son of Sir Drummond Cospatric Hamilton-Spencer-Smith, 5th Bt. and Roma Hope, on 15 June 1944.1 She died on 2 July 2007.3
     From 15 June 1944, her married name became Hamilton-Spencer-Smith. She lived in 2003 at Dairy Cottage, Elsted Marsh, Midhurst, Sussex, England.1
