     Kathleen Matilda Spencer-Nairn usually went by her middle name of Matilda.² From 21 May 1938, her married name became Richards. From 1948, her married name became Webb. She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹ She lived in 2003 at Mendlesham Manor, Brockford Road, Mendlesham, Suffolk, England.¹

     Major Ronald Richards is the son of Harold Richards.² He married Kathleen Matilda Spencer-Nairn, daughter of Major Sir Robert Spencer-Nairn of Monimail, 1st Bt. and Clara Kathleen Smith, on 21 May 1938.¹ He and Kathleen Matilda Spencer-Nairn were divorced in 1947.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Artillery.¹

     William Spencer Webb was born on 16 September 1948.¹ He is the son of William Webb and Kathleen Matilda Spencer-Nairn.²

     Michael Charles Webb was born on 6 July 1952.¹ He is the son of William Webb and Kathleen Matilda Spencer-Nairn.²
     He was educated at Milton Abbey School, Milton Abbas, Dorset, England.¹

     Helen Clare Spencer-Nairn was born on 30 April 1917.¹ She is the daughter of Major Sir Robert Spencer-Nairn of Monimail, 1st Bt. and Clara Kathleen Smith.² She married, firstly, Major John Henry Courthope Powell, son of Richard Henry Powell, on 12 April 1939.¹ She married, secondly, John William Gardner Hume, son of John Kirkland Hume, on 23 November 1945.¹
     Helen Clare Spencer-Nairn usually went by her middle name of Clare.² From 12 April 1939, her married name became Powell.¹ From 23 November 1945, her married name became Hume.¹ She lived in 2003 at Damside, Auchterarder, Perthshire, Scotland.¹

     Major John Henry Courthope Powell was the son of Richard Henry Powell.² He married Helen Clare Spencer-Nairn, daughter of Major Sir Robert Spencer-Nairn of Monimail, 1st Bt. and Clara Kathleen Smith, on 12 April 1939.¹ He died on 19 July 1944 at Normandy, France, killed in action.²
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 2nd Fife and Forfar Yeomanry (Territorial Army.)¹

     Elizabeth Clare Powell was born on 30 May 1942.¹ She is the daughter of Major John Henry Courthope Powell and Helen Clare Spencer-Nairn.² She married Reverend Colin Thomas Scott-Dempster, son of Ronald Scott-Dempster, on 1 October 1965.¹
     From 1 October 1965, her married name became Scott-Dempster. She lived in 2003 at Old Faskally House, Killiecrankie, Pitlochry, Perthshire, Scotland.¹

     Ronald Scott-Dempster was a practising Writer to the Signet (W.S.)¹
