     From 14 June 1897, her married name became Smith.

     Gilbert Smith was born on 28 November 1874.¹ He was the son of Sir Thomas Smith, 1st Bt. and Ann Elisa Parbury.² He married Elizabeth Adeline Carson, daughter of William Carson, on 1 August 1900.¹ He died on 22 June 1950 at age 75.¹
     He was educated at Marlborough College, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England.¹ He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.) in 1896.¹ He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians, London (L.R.C.P.) in 1899.¹ He graduated from Dunelm House, Durham University, Durham, County Durham, England^G, in 1900 with a, Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)¹ He was appointed Fellow, Royal College of Surgeons (F.R.C.S.)¹

     William Carson lived at Bryn Estyn, Chester, Cheshire, England.¹

     Elizabeth Adeline Carson was the daughter of William Carson.² She married Gilbert Smith, son of Sir Thomas Smith, 1st Bt. and Ann Elisa Parbury, on 1 August 1900.¹ She died on 22 June 1954.¹
     From 1 August 1900, her married name became Smith.

     Sir Thomas Turner Smith, 3rd Bt. was born on 28 June 1903.¹ He is the son of Gilbert Smith and Elizabeth Adeline Carson.² He married Agnes Page, daughter of Bernard Page, on 20 July 1935.¹ He died on 11 May 1961 at age 57.¹
     He was educated at Oundle School, Oundle, Northamptonshire, England.¹ He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Smith, of Stratford Place, London [U.K., 1897] on 25 June 1958.¹

     Gilbert Patrick Smith was born on 17 May 1906.¹ He is the son of Gilbert Smith and Elizabeth Adeline Carson.²

     Michael Carson Lyndon Smith was born on 11 January 1908.¹ He was the son of Gilbert Smith and Elizabeth Adeline Carson.² He married Mary Pauline Rowlatt, daughter of Charles Rowlatt, on 31 October 1936.¹ He died on 21 March 1961 at age 53.¹
     He was registered as a Member, Royal College of Surgeons (M.R.C.S.)¹ He graduated from London University, London, England, with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)¹ He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians, London (L.R.C.P.) in 1934.¹ He graduated from London University, London, England, in 1934 with a Bachelor of Surgery (B.S.)¹ He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Indian Medical Service.¹

     Charles Rowlatt lived at Headley, Hampshire, England.¹

     Mary Pauline Rowlatt was the daughter of Charles Rowlatt.² She married Michael Carson Lyndon Smith, son of Gilbert Smith and Elizabeth Adeline Carson, on 31 October 1936.¹ She died in 1988.¹
     From 31 October 1936, her married name became Smith.
