     Frank Arnold Hetherington was born in 1879 at Wetheringsett, Suffolk, England.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Hetherington and Jane Page Roberts.¹

     William Hoste Hetherington was born in 1871 at Wetheringsett, Suffolk, England.¹ He was the son of Reverend Henry Hetherington and Ann Margaret Hoste.¹

     Henrietta Roberta Elizabeth Ellis was born on 30 October 1911.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Guysulf Bertram Ellis and Kathleen Roberta Mitchell.² She married Thomas Stewart Lewis Russell on 10 April 1943.¹ She died in 1987.¹
     From 10 April 1943, her married name became Russell.

     Thomas Stewart Lewis Russell married Henrietta Roberta Elizabeth Ellis, daughter of Henry Guysulf Bertram Ellis and Kathleen Roberta Mitchell, on 10 April 1943.¹ He died in 1972.¹

     David Guysulf Russell was born on 22 October 1944.¹ He is the son of Thomas Stewart Lewis Russell and Henrietta Roberta Elizabeth Ellis.² He married Ann Freathy in 1975.¹
     He was educated at Shrewsbury School, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England.¹
