He was educated at Radley College, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Samuel, of Nevern Square [U.K., 1898] on 24 October 1962.1 He graduated from University College London, London, England, with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)1 He was director of Enfield Automotive between 1967 and 1970.1 He was director of Advanced Vehicle Systems Ltd between 1971 and 1978.1 He was chairman of Electric Auto Corporation (USA) between 1978 and 1983.1 He was chairman of Whisper Electric Car A/S (Denmark) between 1984 and 1988.1 He was chairman of Clean Air Transport Holdings
between 1992 and 1994.1 He lived in 2003 at Dean House, Vernham Dean, Hampshire, England.1
