     Primrose Miranda Margaret Harvey usually went by her middle name of Miranda.¹ She was educated at St. Clare’s School, Penzance, Cornwall, England.¹ From 1989, her married name became Line.

     She was in the Women’s Royal Naval Service during the Second World War between 1942 and 1945.¹

     Sir Nelson Edward Oliver Rycroft, 6th Bt. was born on 19 December 1886.¹ He was the son of Major Sir Richard Nelson Rycroft, 5th Bt. and Lady Dorothea Hester Bluett Wallop.² He married Ethel Sylvia Nurton, daughter of Robert Nurton, on 1 June 1912.¹ He died on 30 August 1958 at age 71.¹
     He was educated at Winchester College, Winchester, Hampshire, England.¹ He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1909 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Temporary Lieutenant in the Rifle Brigade.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 11th Hussars.¹ He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Rycroft, of Calton, co. York [G.B., 1784] on 25 October 1925.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Hampshire in 1938.¹

     Robert Nurton lived at Odcombe House, Yeovil, Somerset, England.¹

     Ethel Sylvia Nurton was the daughter of Robert Nurton.² She married Sir Nelson Edward Oliver Rycroft, 6th Bt., son of Major Sir Richard Nelson Rycroft, 5th Bt. and Lady Dorothea Hester Bluett Wallop, on 1 June 1912.¹ She died on 14 May 1952.¹
     From 1 June 1912, her married name became Rycroft.
