     Hon. Annabel Tacy Russell was born on 29 December 1959.¹ She is the daughter of Hon. Langley Gordon Haslingden Russell and Kiloran Margaret Howard.² She married Lt.-Col. Mark Ralph Michael Eliot, son of Major Morrell Geoffrey Eliot, in 1987.¹
     In 1983 she was granted the rank of a baron’s daughter.¹ From 1987, her married name became Eliot.

     Major Morrell Geoffrey Eliot was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹

     Lt.-Col. Mark Ralph Michael Eliot is the son of Major Morrell Geoffrey Eliot.² He married Hon. Annabel Tacy Russell, daughter of Hon. Langley Gordon Haslingden Russell and Kiloran Margaret Howard, in 1987.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 1st Queen’s Dragoon Guards.¹

     Caspar Laurence Robin Eliot was born in 1989.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Mark Ralph Michael Eliot and Hon. Annabel Tacy Russell.²

     Ralph Morrell Arthur Eliot was born in 1992.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Mark Ralph Michael Eliot and Hon. Annabel Tacy Russell.²

     Barnaby Wynn Alexander Eliot was born in 1995.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Mark Ralph Michael Eliot and Hon. Annabel Tacy Russell.²

     Lucy Leonora Catherine Russell was born in 1968.¹ She is the daughter of Hon. Langley Gordon Haslingden Russell and Kiloran Margaret Howard.²

     Hon. Anne Philippa Russell was born on 13 February 1924.¹ She is the daughter of Edward Frederick Langley Russell, 2nd Baron Russell of Liverpool and Constance Claudine Gordon.² She married Major Gershom Radcliffe Layton Warren, son of Herbert Brough Warren, on 13 November 1947.¹
     From 13 November 1947, her married name became Warren. She lived in 2003 at 15 Williams Street, Taupo, New Zealand.¹

     Herbert Brough Warren held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He lived at Hortland House, County Kildare, Ireland.¹

     Major Gershom Radcliffe Layton Warren was the son of Herbert Brough Warren.² He married Hon. Anne Philippa Russell, daughter of Edward Frederick Langley Russell, 2nd Baron Russell of Liverpool and Constance Claudine Gordon, on 13 November 1947.¹ He died in 1991.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the Canadian Army.¹
