Caernarvon [U.K., 1953] on 25 July 1954.3 He graduated from St. John’s College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1955 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He held the office of Member of Haringey Borough Council between 1968 and 1974.2 He was chairman of Anti-Common Market League between 1969 and 1984.2
