(Conservative) for Sevenoaks between 1950 and 1976.1 He was deputy chairman of J Walter Thompson in 1960.1 He was created 1st Baronet Rodgers, of Groombridge, co. Kent [U.K.] on 29 June 1964.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Kent in 1973.1
