     Sir William Hannay Raeburn, 1st Bt. was born on 11 August 1850.¹ He was the son of William Raeburn and Grace Hannay.² He married, firstly, Sarah Manifold, daughter of John Thorburrow Manifold, on 28 September 1876.¹ He married, secondly, Ellinor Martha Weir, daughter of Reverend Archibald Weir, on 8 February 1888.¹ He married, thirdly, Olga Lucia Yates, daughter of Walter Peel Yates, on 5 June 1917.¹ He died on 12 February 1934 at age 83.¹
     He was president of the U.K. Chamber of Shipping between 1916 and 1918.¹ He was the head of Raeburn and Vérel Limited (shipowners) at Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland.¹ He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1918.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dunbartonshire between 1918 and 1923.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Glasgow and Dunbartonshire.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He was a trustee for the National Galleries of Scotland between 1922 and 1928.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Raeburn, of Helensburgh, co. Dunbarton [U.K.] on 25 July 1923.¹

     Anthony Hannay Raeburn was born in 1853.¹ He was the son of William Raeburn and Grace Hannay.² He married Fanny Stuart Robertson, daughter of Kenneth Bruce Stuart Robertson, on 19 October 1886.¹ He died on 6 November 1924, leaving issue.¹

     Kenneth Bruce Stuart Robertson lived at Singapore.¹ He lived at Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland.¹

     Fanny Stuart Robertson is the daughter of Kenneth Bruce Stuart Robertson.² She married Anthony Hannay Raeburn, son of William Raeburn and Grace Hannay, on 19 October 1886.¹
     From 19 October 1886, her married name became Raeburn.¹

     Douglas Jane Raeburn was born in 1852.¹ He was the son of William Raeburn and Grace Hannay.² He died in 1949.¹

     John Thorburrow Manifold was baptised on 19 March 1828 at Liverpool, Lancashire, England.² He was the son of William Wright Manifold.²
     He was he was a civil engineer.¹ He lived at Demerara, Guiana.¹

     Sarah Manifold was the daughter of John Thorburrow Manifold.² She married Sir William Hannay Raeburn, 1st Bt., son of William Raeburn and Grace Hannay, on 28 September 1876.¹ She died on 18 January 1882.¹
     From 28 September 1876, her married name became Raeburn.¹

     Sir Ernest Manifold Raeburn was born on 13 December 1878.¹ He was the son of Sir William Hannay Raeburn, 1st Bt. and Sarah Manifold.² He married Greta Mary Alison Watson, daughter of James Herbert Watson, on 6 June 1910.¹ He died on 1 June 1922 at age 43.¹
     He was Director-General Minister of Shipping in 1919 at New York City, New York, U.S.A.¹ He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1919.¹ He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1920.¹
