     He was educated at Halliford School, Shepperton, Surrey, England.¹ He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Raeburn, of Helensburgh, co. Dunbarton [U.K., 1923] on 21 April 1977, he does not use the title.¹ He lived at Fourways, Turners Green, Wadhurst, Sussex, England.¹

     Penelope Henrietta Theodora Penn is the daughter of Alfred Louis Penn.² She married Sir Michael Edward Norman Raeburn, 4th Bt., son of Sir Edward Alfred Raeburn, 3rd Bt. and Joan Hill, in 1979.¹
     From 1979, her married name became Raeburn.¹

     Christopher Edward Alfred Raeburn was born on 4 December 1981.¹ He is the son of Sir Michael Edward Norman Raeburn, 4th Bt. and Penelope Henrietta Theodora Penn.²
