     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.² He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Palmer, of Carlton, co. Northampton [E., 1660] in 1951.² He lived at Carlton, Northamptonshire, England.²

     Jeremy Charles Palmer was born on 16 May 1939.¹ He is the son of Sir Geoffrey Frederick Neill Palmer, 11th Bt. and Cicely Kathleen Radmall.² He married Antonia Rosamund Clare Dutton, daughter of Astley Dutton, on 24 July 1968.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at University of Tours, Tours, France.¹ He was director of Bull and Taylor.¹ He lived at 75 Napier Court, Ranelagh Gardens, London, England.¹ He lived at Westwater House, Axminster, Devon, England.¹

     Antonia Rosamund Clare Dutton is the daughter of Astley Dutton.² She married Jeremy Charles Palmer, son of Sir Geoffrey Frederick Neill Palmer, 11th Bt. and Cicely Kathleen Radmall, on 24 July 1968.¹
     From 24 July 1968, her married name became Palmer.¹

     Drew Herrick Palmer was born on 18 December 1974.¹ He is the son of Jeremy Charles Palmer and Antonia Rosamund Clare Dutton.² He married Kate Joly de Lotbinière, daughter of Henry Joly de Lotbinière and Anita (?).³

     Tom Jeremy Palmer was born on 3 May 1977.¹ He is the son of Jeremy Charles Palmer and Antonia Rosamund Clare Dutton.²

     John Percy was born circa 1765 at Ireland.¹ He married Eleanor Clarges, daughter of Colonel George Clarges and Lavinia St. Leger, on 14 May 1792 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.¹ He died in January 1844 at Garradice, County Leitrim, Ireland.¹

     Anita Mackay is the daughter of T. A. Mackay.¹ She married Samuel Percy Price, son of Arthur Henry Price and Minna Oxley, on 26 October 1912.¹
     From 26 October 1912, her married name became Price.¹

     William Radcliffe married Elizabeth (?)¹ He died on 20 May 1748.¹
     He acquired property in Milnesbridge through his wife Elizabeth, whose first husband John Dawson had lived there.¹ He lived at Milnsbridge, Yorkshire, England.¹

     William Radcliffe was the son of William Radcliffe and Elizabeth (?)^2,1 He died on 26 September 1795, unmarried |He left his estates to his nephew Sir Joseph Radcliffe, 1st Bt..¹
