     From 3 September 1919, her married name became Brigg.1

     Sir William Richard Prince-Smith, 4th Bt. was born on 27 December 1928.1 He was the son of Sir William Prince-Smith, 3rd Bt. and Marian Marjorie Lean.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Ann Carter, daughter of Dr. John Carter, on 11 October 1955.1 He married, secondly, Ann Christina Faulds, daughter of Andrew Faulds, in 1975.1 He died on 28 June 2007 at age 78.3
     Sir William Richard Prince-Smith, 4th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Richard.1 He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Clare College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Smith, of Hillbrook, Keighley, West Riding, co. Yorkshire [U.K., 1911] on 10 July 1964.1 He lived at 40–735 Paxton Drive, Rancho Mirage, California, U.S.A.1 On his death, his baronetcy became extinct.3
