He graduated from Keble College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Prevost, of Belmont, Hampshire [U.K., 1805] on 24 November 1902.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Gloucestershire.1
