     Carolyn Alice Pollock was born on 11 December 1944.¹ She was the daughter of Martin James Pollock and Pamela Valentine Uzielli.² She married, firstly, Michael Bernard Thorold, son of Reverend Michael Herbert Thorold and Dorothy Henfrey, on 19 April 1967.¹ She and Michael Bernard Thorold were divorced in 1971.¹ She married, secondly, Anthony Edward Henson in 1976.¹ She died on 26 December 2006 at age 62.³

     She was registered as a State Entrolled Nurse (S.E.N.)¹ From 8 February 1975, her married name became Fawkes.¹
