     Monica Josephine Lawless was born on 5 October 1893 at Norwich, Norfolk, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Major William Hampden Evans Lawless and Lucy Alethea Grey.¹ She married Captain Edward Sydney Millar, son of Richard Claytor Millar and Mathilda Geraldine Orr, on 15 December 1917 at Aldershot, Hampshire, England^G.¹ She died in December 1981 at age 88 at Durban, Natal, South Africa^G.¹
     From 15 December 1917, her married name became Millar.¹

     Captain Edward Sydney Millar was born on 28 January 1886 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He was the son of Richard Claytor Millar and Mathilda Geraldine Orr.¹ He married Monica Josephine Lawless, daughter of Major William Hampden Evans Lawless and Lucy Alethea Grey, on 15 December 1917 at Aldershot, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He died on 13 June 1953 at age 67 at Military Hospital, Voortrekkerhoogte, Pretoria, Transvaal, South Africa^G.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Dublin Irish Infantry.¹

     Helena Isabelle Millar was born at South Africa^G.¹ She was the daughter of Captain Edward Sydney Millar and Monica Josephine Lawless.¹ She was born on 10 February 1920.¹ She married John Albion Maybery.¹ She died on 15 January 1988.¹
     Her married name became Maybery.¹

     John Albion Maybery married Helena Isabelle Millar, daughter of Captain Edward Sydney Millar and Monica Josephine Lawless.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the South African Army.¹

     Judith Yvonne Maybery was born on 16 November 1943.¹ She is the daughter of John Albion Maybery and Helena Isabelle Millar.¹ She married, firstly, Dennis Anthony Willson in 1962.¹ She and Dennis Anthony Willson were divorced in 1970.¹ She married, secondly, Jabez Edwin Charles Meintjes in 1984.¹
