     Marjorie Blanche Palmer was born on 31 January 1907.¹ She was the daughter of Captain Lionel Hugo Palmer and Blanche Balmford.² She married Philip Ashford Klitz, son of Major R W Klitz, on 9 September 1939.¹ She died on 14 June 1996 at age 89.¹
     She was registered as a member of the Imperial Society Of Teachers of Dancing.¹ From 9 September 1939, her married name became Klitz.¹ She gained the rank of Junior Commander in the Auxiliary Territorial Service.¹

     Philip Ashford Klitz was the son of Major R W Klitz.² He married Marjorie Blanche Palmer, daughter of Captain Lionel Hugo Palmer and Blanche Balmford, on 9 September 1939.¹ He died on 12 June 1942.¹

     James Montgomery held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)¹ He lived at Cranford, Middlesex, England.¹

     Gertrude Montgomery was the daughter of James Montgomery.² She married Sir Charles Mark Palmer, 1st Bt., son of George Palmer and Maria Taylor, on 17 February 1877.¹ She died on 21 January 1918.¹
     From 17 February 1877, her married name became Palmer.¹

     Godfrey Mark Palmer was born on 4 August 1878.¹ He was the son of Sir Charles Mark Palmer, 1st Bt. and Gertrude Montgomery.² He married Eleonora Mary Geddes, daughter of Alexander Geddes, on 17 July 1906.¹ He died on 12 June 1933 at age 54.¹
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the North Riding of Yorkshire.¹ He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Jarrow between 1910 and 1922.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Territorial Force Reserve.¹ He was Parliamentary Private Secretary to the First Lord of the Admiralty between 1917 and 1918.¹

     Eleonora Mary Geddes was the daughter of Alexander Geddes.² She married Godfrey Mark Palmer, son of Sir Charles Mark Palmer, 1st Bt. and Gertrude Montgomery, on 17 July 1906.¹ She died on 11 March 1965.¹
     From 17 July 1906, her married name became Palmer.¹
