     Barbara Mary Palmer was born on 22 May 1911.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Charles Eric Palmer and Gwenllian Salier Jones.² She married, firstly, Godfrey Tearle, son of Osmond Tearle, on 30 January 1937.¹ She and Godfrey Tearle were divorced in 1947.¹ She married, secondly, James Welch, son of William Lewis Welch, on 19 September 1950.¹ She married, thirdly, Rt. Rev. Simon Wilton Phipps, son of Captain William Duncan Phipps and Pamela May Ross, in 1973.¹ She died in June 2000 at age 89.³
     From 30 January 1937, her married name became Tearle.¹ From 19 September 1950, her married name became Welch.¹ From 1973, her married name became Phipps.¹

     Godfrey Tearle was the son of Osmond Tearle.² He married Barbara Mary Palmer, daughter of Sir Charles Eric Palmer and Gwenllian Salier Jones, on 30 January 1937.¹ He and Barbara Mary Palmer were divorced in 1947.¹ He died on 8 June 1953.¹

     Geoffrey Herbert Palmer was born on 3 May 1888.¹ He was the son of Charles Herbert Palmer and Ethel Turner.² He married Oenone Florence Mary Molesworth, daughter of Hickman Molesworth and Alice Henrietta Peck, on 25 May 1921.¹ He died on 16 December 1978 at age 90, without issue.¹
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England^G.¹ He was chairman of Huntley, Boorne & Stevens.¹ He was director of the Association of Biscuit Manufacturers.¹ He was director of Huntley & Palmers.¹ He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Queen’s Own Oxfordshire Hussars.¹ He held the office of High Sheriff of Berkshire in 1932.¹

     Hickman Molesworth was born on 23 February 1842.² He is the son of Sir Robert Molesworth and Henrietta Johnson.² He married, firstly, Eliza Emily Rutledge, daughter of William Rutledge, on 9 July 1868.² He married, secondly, Alice Henrietta Peck, daughter of Dr. Ffloyd Minter Peck, on 15 June 1882.² He died on 18 July 1907 at age 65.²
     He held the office of Judge.¹ He held the office of Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court [Victoria].²

     William Stanely Heberden was born in 1865 at Great Bookham, Surrey, England.¹ He was the son of Reverend George Heberden and Dorothea Barnetta Gibbs.¹

     Ethel Clare Palmer was born on 24 December 1885.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Herbert Palmer and Ethel Turner.² She married Stanley Weston Tomkins, son of William H Tomkins, on 4 February 1914.¹ She died on 24 April 1959 at age 73.¹
     From 4 February 1914, her married name became Tomkins.¹

     Stanley Weston Tomkins is the son of William H Tomkins.² He married Ethel Clare Palmer, daughter of Charles Herbert Palmer and Ethel Turner, on 4 February 1914.¹

     Vera Constance Palmer was born on 24 October 1891.¹ She was the daughter of Charles Herbert Palmer and Ethel Turner.²
