     From 31 May 1969, her married name became Davidson.

     Danvers Osborn was born on 14 November 1864.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Danvers Henry Osborn and Annette Wilson.² He married Inez Smith, daughter of Henry Smith, on 14 January 1906.¹ He died in May 1929 at age 64.¹
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1900.¹ He gained the rank of officer in the Royal Canadian Regiment, 19th Brigade.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) [British Columbia]¹ He was with Pacific Cable Board.¹

     He was given the name of George Schomberg Osborn at birth.¹ On 20 August 1936 his name was legally changed to William Danvers Osborn by Deed Poll.² He lived in 2003 at 2676 Seaview Road, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.¹
