     Major Herbert Marmaduke Joseph Stourton was born on 30 December 1873.² He was the son of Hon. Albert Joseph Stourton and Elizabeth Laura Caroline Throckmorton.² He married Hon. Frances Mary Winifred Southwell, daughter of Thomas Arthur Joseph Southwell, 4th Viscount Southwell of Castle Mattress and Charlotte Mary Barbara Mostyn, on 7 June 1898.³ He died on 20 August 1932 at age 58.²
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Army Service Corps.² He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹

     Nigel John Ivo Stourton was born on 29 July 1929.¹ He was the son of Sir Ivo Herbert Evelyn Joseph Stourton and Lillian Marguerite Dickson.¹ He married Rosemary Jennifer Rushworth Abbott, daughter of Sir Myles John Abbott and Grace Ada Coker, on 1 September 1956.¹ He died on 22 June 2021 at age 91.²
     He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1981.³

     Rosemary Jennifer Rushworth Abbott was born before 1941. She is the daughter of Sir Myles John Abbott and Grace Ada Coker.^1,2 She married Nigel John Ivo Stourton, son of Sir Ivo Herbert Evelyn Joseph Stourton and Lillian Marguerite Dickson, on 1 September 1956.¹
     Her married name became Stourton.

     Sir Myles John Abbott was born on 27 February 1906 at Uxbridge, London, England^G.² He was the son of Edmund Rushworth Abbott and Emily Beatrice Abney Sandys.^2,1 He married, firstly, Grace Ada Coker in 1932.² He married, secondly, Dorothy Anne Smith on 14 September 1960 at Lagos, Nigeria^G.^2,1 He died on 12 January 1984 at age 77 at Warwick, Bermuda^G.¹
     He was educated at King’s School, Canterbury, Kent, England^G.² He was a solicitor in 1929.² He was a partner in Chas. Rogers Sons & Abbott in 1930.² He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1933 in the 9th Middlesex Regiment (Territorial Army.)² He was an Assistant Crown Solicitor in 1936 at Hong Kong^G.² He held the office of Official Receiver and Registrar of Trade Marks, Hong Kong in 1941.² Between 1941 and 1945 he was held as a prisoner of war by the Japanese.² He held the office of President of the High Court of Nigeria between October 1946 and October 1949.² He held the office of Puisne Judge [Nigeria] between 1950 and 1955.² He held the office of Judge of the High Court [Nigeria] between 1955 and 1957.² He held the office of Federal Justice of the Federal Supreme Court [Nigeria] between 1957 and 1961.² Between 1961 and 1971 Chief Justice of Bermuda.² He was appointed Knight Bachelor on 22 July 1964.¹ He lived in 1975 at High Ferry, Harbour Road, Warwick, Bermuda^G.²

     Francis Yelverton married Elizabeth Barry, daughter of Jonas Barry, on 16 August 1733.² He died on 27 March 1746.¹

     Elizabeth Barry was the daughter of Jonas Barry.¹ She married Francis Yelverton on 16 August 1733.² She died in 1804.²

     Simon Nicholas Stourton was born on 12 June 1932.¹ He is the son of Sir Ivo Herbert Evelyn Joseph Stourton and Lillian Marguerite Dickson.¹ He married Pamela Aline Mary Baker, daughter of Charles J. Baker, in 1975.¹
     He lived in 2003 at Humehall, Kelso, Roxburghshire, Scotland.¹

     Felicity Magdalen Stourton was born on 25 December 1927.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Ivo Herbert Evelyn Joseph Stourton and Lillian Marguerite Dickson.¹ She died on 22 August 2009 at age 81.²
     She lived in 2003 at 40 East Witton, Leyburn, Yorkshire, England.¹
