     Major Sir Edward Morgan Crofton, 9th Bt. was born on 26 July 1945.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Sir Morgan George Crofton, 6th Bt. and Margaret Amelia Dallett.¹ He married Emma Victoria Mildred Dashwood, daughter of Sir Henry George Massy Dashwood, 8th Bt. and Susan Mary Montgomerie-Charrington, on 26 March 1977.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Major in the Coldstream Guards.¹ He was admitted to Gentleman-at-Arms in 1996.¹ He lived in 2003 at Long Durford Wood, Petersfield, Hampshire, England^G.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Crofton, of Mohill Caslte, co. Leitrim [U.K., 1801] on 26 May 2016.

     Henry Morgan Crofton was born on 12 March 1979.¹ He is the son of Major Sir Edward Morgan Crofton, 9th Bt. and Emma Victoria Mildred Dashwood.¹ He married Baroness Sophie von Maltzahn, daughter of Baron Imre von Maltzahn and Lydia Ann Smith, in 2018.²

     George Edward Crofton was born on 13 March 1981.¹ He is the son of Major Sir Edward Morgan Crofton, 9th Bt. and Emma Victoria Mildred Dashwood.¹

     John Arthur Dashwood was born on 17 July 1910.¹ He is the son of Sir Robert Henry Seymour Dashwood, 7th Bt. and Margaret Helen Henry.¹ He married Patricia Maud Burrows, daughter of Frederick Burrows, in 1952.¹

     Patricia Maud Burrows is the daughter of Frederick Burrows.¹ She married John Arthur Dashwood, son of Sir Robert Henry Seymour Dashwood, 7th Bt. and Margaret Helen Henry, in 1952.¹
     Her married name became Dashwood.

     Barbara Helen Dashwood was born on 18 June 1904.¹ She is the daughter of Sir Robert Henry Seymour Dashwood, 7th Bt. and Margaret Helen Henry.¹ She married Thomas Kitchingman Bower, son of Thomas O. Bower, on 25 October 1928.¹
     Her married name became Bower.

     Thomas Kitchingman Bower is the son of Thomas O. Bower.¹ He married Barbara Helen Dashwood, daughter of Sir Robert Henry Seymour Dashwood, 7th Bt. and Margaret Helen Henry, on 25 October 1928.¹

     Thomas O. Bower lived at The Manor House, Wickhambrook, Suffolk, England^G.¹

     Captain Ernest George Dashwood was born on 18 January 1880.¹ He was the son of Sir George John Egerton Dashwood, 6th Bt. and Lady Mary Margaret Seymour.¹ He died on 12 May 1915 at age 35, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 4th Battalion, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.¹
