     Francis Storer Eaton Newall, 2nd Baron Newall was born on 23 June 1930.¹ He is the son of Marshal of the RAF Cyril Louis Norton Newall, 1st Baron Newall and Olive Tennyson Foster.² He married Pamela Elizabeth Rowcliffe, daughter of Edward Hugh Lee Rowcliffe and Margaret Farrington, on 29 September 1956.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in 1950 in the 11th Hussars (PAO.)¹ He gained the rank of Captain in 1955.¹ He was Adjutant, Royal Gloucestershire Hussars between 1956 and 1958.¹ He retired from the military in 1961.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Newall, of Clifton-upon-Dunsmoor, co. Warwick [U.K., 1946] on 30 November 1963.¹ He was managing director of Neilson McCarthy between 1972 and 1976.¹ He was chairman and director of the British Greyhound Racing Board between 1985 and 1997.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Greater London in 1988.¹ He lived in 2003 at Wotton Underwood, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England.¹

     Hon. Georgiana Newall was born on 22 January 1926.¹ She was the daughter of Marshal of the RAF Cyril Louis Norton Newall, 1st Baron Newall and Olive Tennyson Foster.² She died in 1985, following a road accident.¹

     Hon. Diana Olive Newall was born on 12 June 1927.¹ She is the daughter of Marshal of the RAF Cyril Louis Norton Newall, 1st Baron Newall and Olive Tennyson Foster.² She married John Leonard Joly, son of Kenneth Henry Joly, on 16 October 1956.¹ She and John Leonard Joly were divorced in 1967.¹
     From 16 October 1956, her married name became Joly. She lived in 2003 at Tower House, Reybridge, Chippenham, Wiltshire, England.¹

     Kenneth Henry Joly lived at Beirut, Lebanon.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹

     John Leonard Joly is the son of Kenneth Henry Joly.² He married Hon. Diana Olive Newall, daughter of Marshal of the RAF Cyril Louis Norton Newall, 1st Baron Newall and Olive Tennyson Foster, on 16 October 1956.¹ He and Hon. Diana Olive Newall were divorced in 1967.¹

     Susan Rosemary Joly was born on 6 August 1957.¹ She was the daughter of John Leonard Joly and Hon. Diana Olive Newall.² She died in 1973.¹

     Harriet Diana Joly was born on 6 March 1960.¹ She is the daughter of John Leonard Joly and Hon. Diana Olive Newall.²

     Filippo Giambattista Francesco Aldo Maria Rospigliosi, 12th Earl of Newburgh was born on 4 July 1942.¹ He is the son of Giulio Cesare Taddeo Cosimo Rospigliosi, 11th Earl of Newburgh and Donna Giulia Visconti di Modrone.² He married Baroness Donna Luisa Dominioni, daughter of Count Annibale Caccia Dominioni, on 15 July 1972.¹
