     Frederick Augustus Hugh Elliot was born in 1847.¹ He was the son of Edward Francis Elliot and Isabella Hardie.¹ He married Constance Alice Impey, daughter of Surg.-Maj. Elijah George Halhed Impey and Jane Anne Riddell, on 28 November 1872 at Rutnaghery, South Konkan, Bombay, India.^1,3 He died on 16 March 1910.¹
     He held the office of Chief Justice of Baroda.² He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.)¹

     Constance Alice Impey was born in 1852.² She was the daughter of Surg.-Maj. Elijah George Halhed Impey and Jane Anne Riddell.^1,2 She married Frederick Augustus Hugh Elliot, son of Edward Francis Elliot and Isabella Hardie, on 28 November 1872 at Rutnaghery, South Konkan, Bombay, India.^1,2 She died in 1931.¹
     From 28 November 1872, her married name became Elliot.¹

     Elijah Impey married Marian Bunn, daughter of Benjamin Bunn, on 19 January 1816 at St. John’s Cathedral, Calcutta, India.¹
     He was with the Bengal Medical Establishment.¹

     Lt.-Col. Edward Halhead Hugh Elliot was born on 18 December 1876.¹ He was the son of Frederick Augustus Hugh Elliot and Constance Alice Impey.¹ He married Ethel Winifred Fair, daughter of John Fair, on 17 February 1911.¹ He died on 19 February 1944 at age 67, as a result of enemy action.¹
     He fought in the First World War, and was mentioned in despatches.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Field Artillery.¹ He was awarded the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1918 and bar.¹

     Ethel Winifred Fair is the daughter of John Fair.¹ She married Lt.-Col. Edward Halhead Hugh Elliot, son of Frederick Augustus Hugh Elliot and Constance Alice Impey, on 17 February 1911.¹
     From 17 February 1911, her married name became Elliot.¹

     John Fair lived at Bournemouth, Dorset, England.¹

     Frederick John Hugh Elliot was born on 4 February 1914.¹ He is the son of Lt.-Col. Edward Halhead Hugh Elliot and Ethel Winifred Fair.¹

     Margaret Elizabeth Elliot was born on 20 April 1912.¹ She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. Edward Halhead Hugh Elliot and Ethel Winifred Fair.¹ She married Robert Percival Lawrence, son of E. A. Lawrence, on 26 September 1936.¹
     From 26 September 1936, her married name became Lawrence.¹

     Robert Percival Lawrence was born in 1912 at Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England.² He was the son of E. A. Lawrence.¹ He married Margaret Elizabeth Elliot, daughter of Lt.-Col. Edward Halhead Hugh Elliot and Ethel Winifred Fair, on 26 September 1936.¹ He died on 1 September 1940, killed in action.¹
     He fought in the Second World War.¹ He gained the rank of Sub-Lieutenant in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.¹
