     Margaret Sinclair was born on 23 June 1823 at Ulbster, Caithness, Scotland.¹ She was the daughter of James Sinclair and Catherine Craig.¹

     Elizabeth Sinclair was born on 21 March 1825 at Ulbster, Caithness, Scotland.¹ She was the daughter of James Sinclair and Catherine Craig.¹

     Patricia Dawson was the daughter of Jerome Dawson.¹ She married Peter John Torquil Balfour, son of A/Cdre. Anthony John Chetwynd Balfour and Judith Ann Margaret Anderson, in 1994.¹ She and Peter John Torquil Balfour were divorced in 1995.¹
     From 1994, her married name became Balfour.¹

     John Trevor Eades married Helena Clare Balfour, daughter of A/Cdre. Anthony John Chetwynd Balfour and Judith Ann Margaret Anderson, in 1989.¹
     He lived at Wimbledon, London, England.¹

     James Sinclair was born in 1744.¹ He was the son of Donald Sinclair and Catherine Sinclair.¹ He married, firstly, Anna Robertson on 27 April 1764 at Wick, Caithness, Scotland.¹ He married, secondly, Elspeth Sinclair on 9 February 1771 at Wick, Caithness, Scotland.¹ He died in 1822 at Sarclet, Wick, Caithness, Scotland.¹

     Elspeth Sinclair married James Sinclair, son of Donald Sinclair and Catherine Sinclair, on 9 February 1771 at Wick, Caithness, Scotland.¹

     John Sinclair was born in 1780.¹ He was the son of James Sinclair and Elspeth Sinclair.¹ He married Barbara Cormack in 1805.¹ He died on 24 May 1857.¹

     Barbara Cormack was born in 1786.¹ She married John Sinclair, son of James Sinclair and Elspeth Sinclair, in 1805.¹ She died in 1868.¹
     From 1805, her married name became Sinclair.¹
