Sir Michael Culme-Seymour, 5th Bt.1 
He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Seymour, of High Mount, co. Limerick [U.K., 1809] on 2 April 1925.1 On 5 July 1925 he inheritied the Rockingham estate.1 He was Aide-de-CAmp to the Governor-General of Canada between 1934 and 1936.1 He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Nay.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Northamptonshire in 1948.1 He adopted Caroline Gemma Nesbitt.1 He held the office of Member of the Northamptonshire County Council between 1948 and 1955.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Northamptonshire in 1958.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Northamptonshire in 1966.1
