     He was given the name of Ivo Wyndham Laton Frewen at birth.² He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.)¹ He fought in the First World War.² In 1920 his name was legally changed to Ivo Wyndham Laton Frewen-Laton.²

     Sidney MacDougall married Marion Iris Waterhouse, daughter of Thomas Crompton Waterhouse, before 1921.¹ He died before 1921.¹
