     Edith Letitia Anna Emerson-Tennent was born on 1 January 1876 at Portadown, County Armagh, IrelandG.2,1 She was the daughter of Sir William Emerson-Tennent, 2nd Bt.1 She married Arthur Rashleigh, son of Jonathan Rashleigh and Jane Elizabeth Pugh, in 1899 at Kensington, London, EnglandG.2 She died on 18 December 1953 at age 77.1 She was buried at Breandrum, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland.1
     From 1899, her married name became Rashleigh.2
