     David Francis Andrews Blishen was born on 11 March 1972.¹ He is the son of Anthony Owen Blishen and Sarah Anne Joscelyne.²

     Catherine Annabelle Blishen was born on 18 May 1964.¹ She is the daughter of Anthony Owen Blishen and Sarah Anne Joscelyne.² She married Roderick McLeod in October 1999.¹
     From October 1999, her married name became McLeod.

     Roderick McLeod married Catherine Annabelle Blishen, daughter of Anthony Owen Blishen and Sarah Anne Joscelyne, in October 1999.¹

     Hamish McLeod was born on 13 January 2001.¹ He is the son of Roderick McLeod and Catherine Annabelle Blishen.²

     Violet Madeline Ferguson was born on 17 November 1893.¹ She was the daughter of Henry Tanner Ferguson and Beatrice Madeline Erskine Cole.² She married Philip Eric Bernard on 4 October 1919.¹ She and Philip Eric Bernard were divorced in 1926.¹ She died on 5 August 1999 at age 105.¹
     From 4 October 1919, her married name became Bernard.

     Philip Eric Bernard married Violet Madeline Ferguson, daughter of Henry Tanner Ferguson and Beatrice Madeline Erskine Cole, on 4 October 1919.¹ He and Violet Madeline Ferguson were divorced in 1926.¹ He died on 25 November 1953.¹
     He gained the rank of Dental Officer in the Royal Air Force.¹

     Barbara Nancy Bernard was born on 17 August 1920.¹ She is the daughter of Philip Eric Bernard and Violet Madeline Ferguson.² She married Ronald Austin Hyde, son of Robert Hyde, on 8 September 1945.¹
     She was educated at St. Mary and St. Agnes School, Torquay, Devon, England^G.¹ She was registered as a State Registered Nurse (S.R.N.) between 1940 and 1945 at St. Thomas’ Hospital Medical School, London, England^G.¹ From 8 September 1945, her married name became Hyde. She lived in 2003 at 11 Unsworth Road, North Ringwood, Victoria, Australia^G.¹
