Walter Raleigh Fetherstonhaugh Trevelyan1 
He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in dispatches and was invalided in 1943.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Indian Army.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Essex.1
