     Sir John Murray of Blackbarony, 12th Bt. was born on 12 January 1867.¹ He was the son of Sir Digby Murray of Blackbarony, 11th Bt. and Helen Cornelia Sanger.² He married Edith Mary Raby, daughter of George Raby, on 7 April 1896.¹ He died on 15 September 1938 at age 71.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Scottish Horse.¹ He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Murray, of Blackbarony, co. Peebles [N.S., 1628] on 5 January 1906.¹

     George Raby lived at Valparaiso, Chile.¹

     Edith Mary Raby was the daughter of George Raby.² She married Sir John Murray of Blackbarony, 12th Bt., son of Sir Digby Murray of Blackbarony, 11th Bt. and Helen Cornelia Sanger, on 7 April 1896.¹ She died on 18 July 1925.¹
     From 7 April 1896, her married name became Murray.

     Sir Kenelm Bold Murray of Blackbarony, 13th Bt. was born on 26 May 1898.¹ He was the son of Sir John Murray of Blackbarony, 12th Bt. and Edith Mary Raby.² He died on 16 August 1959 at age 61, unmarried.¹
     He fought in the First World War.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Machine Gun Corps.¹ He succeeded as the 13th Baronet Murray, of Blackbarony, co. Peebles [N.S., 1628] on 15 September 1938.¹

     Katherine Ashe was born in 1652.¹ She was the daughter of Sir Joseph Ashe, 1st Bt. and Mary Wilson. She married William Windham. She died on 24 December 1729.¹
     Her married name became Windham.

     Gerard Clifford was born on 20 September 1738 at Amsterdam, The Netherlands.¹ He was the son of George Clifford and Anna Sara Treschouw.¹ He married Sara Maria van de Poll, daughter of Jacobus van de Poll and Cornelia Jacoba Wolters, on 10 May 1768 at Amsterdam, The Netherlands.¹ He died on 24 June 1770 at age 31 at Amsterdam, The Netherlands.¹

     Vanda Digby Murray is the daughter of Sir John Murray of Blackbarony, 12th Bt. and Edith Mary Raby.² She married Edward Cecil Cutler, son of E. I. Cutler, on 6 June 1929.¹
     From 6 June 1929, her married name became Cutler.

     E. I. Cutler lived at Littlehampton, Sussex, England.¹

     Edward Cecil Cutler was the son of E. I. Cutler.² He married Vanda Digby Murray, daughter of Sir John Murray of Blackbarony, 12th Bt. and Edith Mary Raby, on 6 June 1929.¹ He died in 1955.
     He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)¹

     John Leslie Cutler was born on 4 July 1940.¹ He is the son of Edward Cecil Cutler and Vanda Digby Murray.²
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹
