Charles Borlase Marsham Cokayne, 2nd Baron Cullen of Ashbourne1 
Charles Borlase Marsham Cokayne, 2nd Baron Cullen of Ashbourne was born on 6 October 1912.1 He was the son of Brien Ibrican Cokayne, 1st Baron Cullen of Ashbourne and Grace Margaret Marsham.1 He married, firstly, Valerie Catherine Mary Collbran, daughter of William Henry Collbran, on 2 July 1942.1 He and Valerie Catherine Mary Collbran were divorced in 1947.1 He married, secondly, Patricia Mary Clulow-Gray, daughter of Lt.-Col. S. Clulow-Gray, on 21 June 1948.1 He died on 17 December 2000 at age 88.3
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.3 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Cullen of Ashbourne, of Roehampton, co. Surrey [U.K., 1920] on 3 November 1932.3 He fought in the Second World War.3 He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Signals (Territorial Army.)3 He held the office of Lieutenant of the City of London between 1976 and 2000.3 He held the office of a Lord-in-Waiting between 1979 and 1982.3
