     Lord Edward FitzGerald was born on 15 October 1763.1 He was the son of Lt.-Gen. James FitzGerald, 1st Duke of Leinster and Lady Emilia Mary Lennox.1 He married Stephanie Caroline Anne Syms on 27 December 1792 at Tournai, FranceG.1 He died on 4 June 1798 at age 34 at Dublin Prison, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG, from wounds received while resisting arrest on charges of treason.1
     He and Elizabeth Anne Linley were associated.3 He fought in the American War of Independence.1

     Stephanie Caroline Anne Syms married Lord Edward FitzGerald, son of Lt.-Gen. James FitzGerald, 1st Duke of Leinster and Lady Emilia Mary Lennox, on 27 December 1792 at Tournai, FranceG.1 She married, secondly, Joseph Pitcairn, son of Reverend Joseph Pitcairn and Janet McCormack, in 1800.1 She and Joseph Pitcairn were divorced after 1803.2 She died in 1831.1
     She was also known as Pamela.1 Her married name became FitzGerald. From 1800, her married name became Pitcairn.1

     Captain Edward Fox FitzGerald was born on 10 October 1794.1 He was the son of Lord Edward FitzGerald and Stephanie Caroline Anne Syms.1 He married Jane Paul, daughter of Sir John Dean Paul, 1st Bt. and Frances Eleanor Simpson, on 6 November 1827.1 He died on 25 January 1863 at age 68.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 10th Hussars, 3rd Dragoons and 52nd Foot.1

     William Henry Dudley Ryder was born on 7 January 1865.2 He was the son of Dudley Henry Ryder and Georgiana Emily Calcraft.2 He married, firstly, Catherine Mabel Sutton, daughter of Reverend Augustus Sutton and Charlotte Robina Carter, on 1 August 1888.2 He married, secondly, Florence Frances Augusta Campbell, daughter of Captain Frederick Augustus Campbell and Emma Mary Brabazon, on 1 July 1903.1 He died on 24 February 1933 at age 68.2
     He gained the rank of Midshipman in the Royal Navy.1 He fought in the Egyptian Campaign in 1882.2

     Lucy Louisa FitzGerald was the daughter of Lord Edward FitzGerald and Stephanie Caroline Anne Syms.1 She married Captain George Francis Lyon, son of Lt.-Col. George Lyon and Louisa Alexandrina Hart, on 5 September 1825 at St. Mary’s, Long Ditton, Surrey, England.1 She died in 1826.1
     From 5 September 1825, her married name became Lyon.
