     Sarah Rose was born on 18 March 1763.1 She was the daughter of J. Rose.1 She married Dr. William Holt, son of John Holt and Hannah Elizabeth Glover, on 21 May 1779 at Walthamstowe, Essex, EnglandG.1 She died on 15 April 1811 at age 48.1
     From 21 May 1779, her married name became Holt.1

     Sir Alexander de Pilkington was the son of Alexander de Pilkington.2 He married Ursula de Workedleigh, daughter of Geoffrey de Workedleigh.1 He died between 1231 and 1242.1
     He held the Manor of Pilkington during the reign of King John and possibly as early as teh reign on King Henry II, also six oxgangs of land in Rivington.1 In 1212 he was one of 17 ‘trusty Knights’ apptd Commissioners.1 He was a juror on the Roll of Eyre in 1225.1
