     Captain John Woolsey was born on 6 January 1772.¹ He was the son of Reverend William Woolsey and Mary Anne Bellingham.¹ He married Janet Jameson, daughter of John Jameson and Margaret Haig, on 30 March 1812.¹ He died on 1 August 1835 at age 63.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain between 1802 and 1808 in the 82nd Regiment.¹ He gained the rank of 1st Leiutenant in 1808 in the Castlebellingham Infantry (a Yeoman corps.)¹ He held the office of High Sheriff in 1826.¹ He lived at Priorland House, Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland^G.¹

     Thomas Woolsey was born in 1784.¹ He was the son of Reverend William Woolsey and Mary Anne Bellingham.¹ He married Elizabeth Gibson, daughter of William Gibson, they were parents.¹ He died in September 1834.¹
     He was working with the Admiralty under Civil Service.¹

     Commander William Woolsey was born in 1785.¹ He was the son of Reverend William Woolsey and Mary Anne Bellingham.¹ He died in September 1805, presumed lost with the HMS Papillon.¹
     He was Captain of the HMS Papillon.¹

     Elizabeth Gibson was the daughter of William Gibson.¹ She married Thomas Woolsey, son of Reverend William Woolsey and Mary Anne Bellingham, they were parents.¹ She died in 1866.¹
     Her married name became Woolsey.¹

     O’Bryen Bellingham Woolsey was born circa 1792. He was the son of Reverend William Woolsey and Mary Anne Bellingham.¹ He married Emily Holt, daughter of William Henry Holt and Mary Hamerton, on 11 August 1828 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England^G.^1,2 He died on 16 January 1874 at 49 Westbourne Terrace, Hyde Park Gardens, London, England^G, without issue.¹
     He was sometime the Accountant-General of the Admiralty.¹

     Emily Holt was baptised on 1 May 1805 at All Hallows, Tottenham, London, England^G.² She was the daughter of William Henry Holt and Mary Hamerton.^1,2 She married O’Bryen Bellingham Woolsey, son of Reverend William Woolsey and Mary Anne Bellingham, on 11 August 1828 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England^G.^1,2 She died on 9 November 1874 at age 69 at 49 Westbourne Terrace, Hyde Park Gardens, London, England^G, without issue.^1,2
     From 11 August 1828, her married name became Woolsey.¹

     William Henry Holt was baptised on 8 November 1783 at All Hallows, Tottenham, London, England^G.² He was the son of Dr. William Holt and Sarah Rose.² He married Mary Hamerton in February 1803 at St. Andrew Undershaft, London, England^G.² He died on 29 September 1860 at age 76 at Enfield, London, England^G.²
