     William Fitzwilliam, 3rd Viscount Fitzwilliam was the son of Thomas Fitzwilliam, 1st Viscount Fitzwilliam and Hon. Margaret Plunkett. He married Mary Luttrell, daughter of Thomas Luttrell and Alison St. Lawrence, before 1673.2 He died before 1673.
     He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Fitzwilliam, of Merrion in the County of Dublin.
