     Mark Courtenay Bulteel was born in 1895 at Plympton, Devon, England^G.² He was the son of John George Bulteel and Maraquita Masini Grenfell.¹ He died on 24 March 1931.¹

     Lt.-Col. Lewis William G. Butler was born in 1857 at London, England^G.² He was the son of Paul Butler and Louisa Barnett.² He married Blanche Adelaide Seymour Bulteel, daughter of John Bulteel and Euphemia Emily Parsons, in 1887.¹
     He was a bank manager.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the King’s Royal Rifle Corps.¹

     Lancelot Shute Barrington Tristram was born on 13 June 1857 at Bombay, India.² He was the son of William Barrington Tristram and Eliza Eleanor Halton.² He was baptised on 27 July 1857 at Bombay, India.² He married Effie Georgiana Bulteel, daughter of John Bulteel and Euphemia Emily Parsons, in 1898 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^1,2 He died in 1927.³
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Welch Regiment.¹

     Mary Catherine Isabella Stapleton was born in 1881.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Frederick George Stapleton and Mary Jane St. Clair.¹ She died in 1951, unmarried.¹

     Mary Bulkeley is the daughter of Rt. Rev. Lancelot Bulkeley.¹

     Roderick James Cochrane Boulton was born on 12 February 1963.¹ He is the son of Robert Gregor Nicholson Boulton and Patricia Kathleen Mary Cochrane.¹ He married Charlotte Jane Gisborne.¹

     Albert William McIntosh was born on 29 July 1904.¹ He married Helena Agnes Britton, daughter of George William Britton, in 1932.¹ He died on 10 February 1994 at age 89.¹
     He was educated at Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland^G.¹ He was general manager of Mars at Slough, Buckinghamshire, England.¹ He was Professor of Marketing at London Business School, London, England^G.¹ He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1970.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Herbert Stewart Gaskell was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹ He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)¹ He lived at Seaton, Devon, England.¹

     Enid Sybil Gaskell is the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Herbert Stewart Gaskell.² She married, firstly, Lt.-Col. George Ian Malcolm, 18th of Poltalloch, son of Sir Ian Zachary Malcolm, 17th of Poltalloch and Jeanne Marie Langtry, on 12 August 1929.¹ She and Lt.-Col. George Ian Malcolm, 18th of Poltalloch were divorced in 1944.¹ She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Richard Colin Trevithick Tangye, son of Lt.-Col. Richard Trevithick Gilbertstone Tangye and Sophie Elizabeth Frieda Kidman, on 30 December 1944.³
     From 12 August 1929, her married name became Malcolm. From 30 December 1944, her married name became Tangye.³
