     Anthony James Moreton Teacher was born on 8 August 1937.¹ He was the son of Brigadier Anthony Donald Macdonald Teacher and Awdry Clarisse Macnaghten.² He married Rosemary Chloe d‘Avigdor-Goldsmid, daughter of Major Sir Henry d‘Avigdor-Goldsmid, 2nd Bt. and Rosemary Margaret Nicholl, on 26 April 1969.¹ He died on 23 April 2003 at age 65.¹

     Rosemary Chloe d‘Avigdor-Goldsmid is the daughter of Major Sir Henry d‘Avigdor-Goldsmid, 2nd Bt. and Rosemary Margaret Nicholl.^2,3 She married Anthony James Moreton Teacher, son of Brigadier Anthony Donald Macdonald Teacher and Awdry Clarisse Macnaghten, on 26 April 1969.¹
     Rosemary Chloe d’Avigdor-Goldsmid usually went by her middle name of Chloe. From 26 April 1969, her married name became Teacher. She held the office of High Sheriff of Kent in 1994.¹ She held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Kent in 1997.¹
