     Rupert Milo Talbot Chetwynd was born on 7 January 1934.¹ He was the son of Major Wentworth Randolph Chetwynd and Bridget Walsh.² He married, firstly, Antonia Clark, daughter of Denis Clark and Stephanie (?), on 22 August 1956.¹ He and Antonia Clark were divorced in 1970.¹ He married, secondly, Luciana Maria Arrighi, daughter of Count Ernest Arrighi, in 1970.¹ He died on 26 April 2021 at age 87.³
     He was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards.¹ He lived in 2003 at The New Stables, Ingestre, Staffordshire, England^G.¹ He wrote the book Yesterday’s Enemy, Freedom Fighters or Terrorists, published 2005.³
