     Her married name became Vernon.

     Evelyn Mary Geraldine Vernon was the daughter of Rev. Hon. Courtenay John Vernon and Alice Gertrude Townshend.² She married Reverend Canon Hugh Hodgson Gillett on 7 August 1877.¹ She died on 28 January 1930.¹
     From 7 August 1877, her married name became Gillett.

     Reverend Canon Hugh Hodgson Gillett married Evelyn Mary Geraldine Vernon, daughter of Rev. Hon. Courtenay John Vernon and Alice Gertrude Townshend, on 7 August 1877.¹ He died in 1915.¹
     He was Rector at Compton, Surrey, England.¹

     Hon. Greville Richard Vernon was born on 6 March 1835.¹ He was the son of Robert Vernon, 1st Baron Lyvedon of Lyvedon and Emma Mary Fitzpatrick.² He married Susan Caroline Cockerell, daughter of Commander Richard Howe Cockerell and Theresa Newcomen, on 13 April 1858.¹ He died on 19 February 1909 at age 73.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Ayrshire between 1886 and 1892.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Ayrshire.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Ayrshire.¹ He lived at Auchans House, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, Scotland.¹

     J. M. Lowis was with the Indian Civil Service.¹ He lived at Alton, Hampshire, England.¹

     Susan Caroline Cockerell was the daughter of Commander Richard Howe Cockerell and Theresa Newcomen.^2,1 She married Hon. Greville Richard Vernon, son of Robert Vernon, 1st Baron Lyvedon of Lyvedon and Emma Mary Fitzpatrick, on 13 April 1858.¹ She died on 3 October 1901.¹
     From 13 April 1858, her married name became Vernon.

     Howe William Leveson Vernon was born on 21 December 1859.¹ He was the son of Hon. Greville Richard Vernon and Susan Caroline Cockerell.² He died in January 1882 at age 22.¹

     Cecil Sydney Archibald Vernon was born on 18 February 1862.¹ He was the son of Hon. Greville Richard Vernon and Susan Caroline Cockerell.² He married Jessie Jane Munroe on 16 February 1887.¹ He died on 22 October 1944 at age 82.¹
