     Noelle Victoria Lewthwaite was born on 25 December 1900.1 She was the daughter of William Atkinson Lewthwaite and Margaret Evelyn Armstrong.2 She married Edmund Steward Withers in September 1927.1 She died on 21 May 1975 at age 74.1
     She was registered as a Registered Nurse (R.N.)1 From September 1927, her married name became Withers.

     He was the manager between 1912 and 1949 at Royal Columbian Hospital, New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada.1
