     David Gustavus James Leith-Buchanan was born on 25 September 1916.¹ He was the son of James Macdonald Buchanan Leith-Buchanan and Katie Isabel Porter.² He died on 24 February 1941 at age 24, killed in action.^1,3
     He graduated from Edinburgh University, Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Artillery.¹ He fought in the Second World War.¹

     Jean Isobel Barbara Leith-Buchanan was born on 18 April 1911.¹ She is the daughter of James Macdonald Buchanan Leith-Buchanan and Katie Isabel Porter.²
     She lived in 2003 at 645 Chelsea Cloisters, Sloane Avenue, London, England^G.¹

     Charles John Leith-Buchanan was born on 21 June 1875.¹ He was the son of Sir George Hector Leith-Buchanan, 4th Bt. and Eliza Caroline Tod.² He married Mary Eleanor Farmer, daughter of William Farmer, on 25 February 1905.¹ He died on 22 April 1948 at age 72.¹
     He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.¹ He gained the rank of Private in the 125th Canadian Regiment.¹

     William Farmer lived at Ancaster, Ontario, Canada.¹

     Mary Eleanor Farmer was the daughter of William Farmer.² She married Charles John Leith-Buchanan, son of Sir George Hector Leith-Buchanan, 4th Bt. and Eliza Caroline Tod, on 25 February 1905.¹ She died on 24 May 1946.¹
     From 25 February 1905, her married name became Leith-Buchanan.

     George William Hector Leith-Buchanan was born on 1 November 1905.¹ He was the son of Charles John Leith-Buchanan and Mary Eleanor Farmer.² He died on 17 February 1968 at age 62, unmarried.¹

     Thomas Wellesley Macdonald Leith-Buchanan was born on 11 May 1907.¹ He was the son of Charles John Leith-Buchanan and Mary Eleanor Farmer.² He married Mary C. Cameron, daughter of Allan J. Cameron, in 1932.¹ He died on 11 January 1967 at age 59.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Canadian Navy.¹ He was awarded the Canadian Decoration (C.D.)¹

     Allan J. Cameron lived at Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.¹ He was a practising barrister.¹
