     Vice-Admiral Sir John Anthony Vere Morse was the son of Sydney Morse.2 He married Mary Faith Leeds, daughter of Reverend William Howard Leeds and Ethel Beatrice Perkins, on 5 April 1917.1 He died on 7 May 1960 at Zimbabwe, in a road accident.1
     He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.)1

     Clyde Anthony Morse was born on 28 July 1919 at The Moorings, Bembridge, Isle of Wight, England.1,2 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Sir John Anthony Vere Morse and Mary Faith Leeds.3 He died on 13 December 1939 at age 20, killed in action during the Battle of River Plate serving in H.M.S. Exeter.1
     He fought in the Second World War.1
