     John Hamilton Lawrence, 2nd Baron Lawrence of the Punjaub and of Grately was born on 1 October 1846.¹ He was the son of John Laird Mair Lawrence, 1st Baron Lawrence of the Punjaub and of Grately and Harriette Katherine Hamilton.² He married Mary Caroline Douglas, daughter of Richard Campbell, on 22 August 1872.¹ He died on 22 August 1913 at age 66.¹
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England^G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹ He was a practising barrister.¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the Hertfordshire Yeomanry Cavalry.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Lawrence [U.K., 1858] on 27 June 1879.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Lawrence of the Punjaub and of Grately, co. Southampton [U.K., 1869] on 27 June 1879.¹ He held the office of Lord-in-Waiting between 1895 and 1905.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Middlesex.¹ He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Buckinghamshire.¹ He was awarded the Grand Cross, Order of Frederick of Wurttemberg in 1904 with crown.¹

     Hon. Henry Arnold Lawrence was born on 17 March 1848.¹ He was the son of John Laird Mair Lawrence, 1st Baron Lawrence of the Punjaub and of Grately and Harriette Katherine Hamilton.² He married Constance Charlotte Davies, daughter of Reverend George Irving Davies, on 6 May 1879.¹ He died on 16 April 1902 at age 54.¹

     Reverend George Irving Davies was Rector at Kelsale, Suffolk, England.¹

     Constance Charlotte Davies was the daughter of Reverend George Irving Davies.² She married Hon. Henry Arnold Lawrence, son of John Laird Mair Lawrence, 1st Baron Lawrence of the Punjaub and of Grately and Harriette Katherine Hamilton, on 6 May 1879.¹ She died on 8 April 1929.¹
     From 6 May 1879, her married name became Lawrence.

     unknown son Lawrence was born on 21 September 1883. He was the son of Hon. Henry Arnold Lawrence and Constance Charlotte Davies.² He died on 21 September 1883.¹

     John Dalhousie Lawrence was born on 2 August 1887.¹ He was the son of Hon. Henry Arnold Lawrence and Constance Charlotte Davies.² He died on 2 June 1900 at age 12.¹

     Malcolm Eyton Lawrence was born on 10 March 1889.¹ He was the son of Hon. Henry Arnold Lawrence and Constance Charlotte Davies.² He died on 10 January 1915 at age 25, killed in action.
     He fought in the First World War. He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 6th Battalion, King’s Royal Rifle Corps.¹

     Christopher Hal Lawrence was born on 11 November 1893.¹ He was the son of Hon. Henry Arnold Lawrence and Constance Charlotte Davies.² He died on 13 October 1914 at age 20, killed in action.
     He fought in the First World War. He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the King’s Royal Rifle Corps.¹

     Constance Letitia Lawrence was born on 26 January 1881.¹ She was the daughter of Hon. Henry Arnold Lawrence and Constance Charlotte Davies.² She married Brian Halsey Tyrwhitt-Drake, son of Hon. Montague William Tyrwhitt-Drake, on 3 November 1921.¹ She died on 28 July 1949 at age 68.¹
     From 3 November 1921, her married name became Tyrwhitt-Drake.
