     Celestine Norman Lamont-Campbell, 3rd of Possil was born on 14 May 1858.¹ He was the son of Archibald James Lamont of that Ilk and Harriet Campbell.² He married Margaret Huison Russell, daughter of Reverend J. C. Russell, on 19 April 1882.¹ He died in January 1893 at age 34, without issue.¹
     He was given the name of Celestine Norman Lamont at birth.³ His name was legally changed to Celestine Norman Lamont-Campbell added when he succeeded to the Possil estate.³

     Reverend J. C. Russell graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)¹

     Margaret Huison Russell is the daughter of Reverend J. C. Russell.² She married Celestine Norman Lamont-Campbell, 3rd of Possil, son of Archibald James Lamont of that Ilk and Harriet Campbell, on 19 April 1882.¹
     From 19 April 1882, her married name became Lamont.

     Norman Lamont was the son of John Lamont of that Ilk and Helen Campbell.² He married Hannah Porch, daughter of unknown Porch, in 1809.¹ He died in 1834.¹
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Wells, Somerset.¹ He inherited Monydrain from his cousin Archibald.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Argyllshire.¹

     Hannah Porch is the daughter of unknown Porch.² She married Norman Lamont, son of John Lamont of that Ilk and Helen Campbell, in 1809.¹
     Her married name became Lamont.

     John Douglas Campbell Lamont was the son of Norman Lamont and Hannah Porch.² He died in 1836, without issue.¹
     He lived at Monydrain, Scotland.¹

     Edward Buller Lamont was the son of Norman Lamont and Hannah Porch.² He married Maria Bardouleau in 1837.¹ He died in 1880 at Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia.¹
     He lived at Priory, Chewton Mendlip, Somerset, Australia.¹ He emigrated to Australia arriving on 1854.¹ He sold Monydrain in 1875.¹

     Maria Bardouleau married Edward Buller Lamont, son of Norman Lamont and Hannah Porch, in 1837.¹
     Her married name became Lamont.

     Norman Lamont was the son of Edward Buller Lamont and Maria Bardouleau.² He died in 1857, unmarried.¹
